Planning Page Overcoming an Obstacle

My obstacle is, not knowing the difference between a good friend and a bad friend, because people can hide how they really act. Its important for me to persevere over this obstacle because it can become a huge problem and cause a lot of stress. like my mom tells me "don't sweat the small stuff" An interesting way to overcome this obstacle is to stay away from the person for 2 days and on the 3rd day talk to the person! and depending on their reaction, it will be pretty much self explanatory.

owen and haatchi

what is the video about? Its about a boy named owen who had a disability named: Schwartz-Jampel syndrome. He was diagnosed when he was 2 years old. He got a dog from a rescue centre when he was 6, and they have been best friends ever since. Why do you think we watched this video? Because Owen persevered and didn't let the bullies get to him, even though that he was afraid. But when he got Haatchi, that changed. This Video made me remember about the 3 legged cat in my neighbourhood, because Haatchi was a 3 legged dog because of his accident. This video relates to me because there is a 3 legged cat in my neighbourhood.  the feelings I felt were: Sad, Happy and Inspired.

The time we have

I think this video is about the time we have in our life, there are jelly beans in it that represent 1 day of your life and each time he takes a bunch of beans away the number of days you have goes down -In the top right corner-
the end total was 2, 740 days.
I think we watched this video because we are still young and when we make our life decisions we usually over think it and  think "what will so-in-so think? why am i even doing this?" or things like that.
This video made me remember how much time i spend on my phone and how many times my mom tells me to go out and live my life instead of being on a screen the whole time.
This video relates to me because i need to do more things that i'm passionate about -Nail art and learning about the human body-

some quotes that relate:
Live your life to its fullest
if your going to do something, make sure it makes you happy.

Catching  kayla

today we watched a video called: E: 60 catching kayla,
its about this girl named kayla who was very shy so her parents decided to put her in sports and she grew to love soccer. but one day after a game her feet started intensely tingling and she had to go to the doctor to get it checked out. It turned out that she got diagnosed with MS (multiple sclerosis ) which made you not feel a certain part of your body, for kayla it was her feet and legs. She was forced to stop playing soccer because it was a contact game. instead she started running. she wasn't the fastest runner at first but slowly she started to be able to pace herself, which made her able to run faster and she raced in many long distance races and eventually she became the fastest girl in South Carolina.
I think our class watched this because kayla perservered and believed in herself that she could do anything.
I relate to this video because I was never really a fast runner but I wanted to be a relatively fast runner, so everyday I would practice running so I could be pretty fast!.
5 feelings I had while I watched this video were:
  1. Worried
  2. Sad
  3. Inspired
  4. Happy
  5. Scared

over all this was a really emotional story and it really makes you think! to see the video click the link below  vvvvvvvvvv
