this is my original one for the murphys song! this is a really fun song, and it is totally stuck in my head now! LOL!
a) two parts in the book where Carley persevered over an obstacle would be: 1. the part where Daniel was practicing for basket ball and Carley walked over to help him but he didn't want her help and she said "boo hoo daniel wants his mommy" and Daniel said " at least I have a mom" and I feel like she was very strong in this part because her mom is a very sensitive subject for her.
another part is when she was talking to toni and she was trying to talk to her but toni was not listening but Carley
b) I would feel lost, because I wouldn't know whats going on with my life because I want to leave, but I don't want to leave and I want toni as a friend but she is pushing me away even though I know she is hurting.
Today we skyped with sunrise ridge, I didn't get to say any of my questions because I felt like we were answering more of their questions than they answering ours. I didn't necessarily have "fun" but it was interesting getting to know another school. I answered one question but my friend was going to answer one but then the teacher picked someone else before she could... but I'm sure she's writing that in her blog. So overall, it was a great experience getting to know people that may be in my programs or transfer to this school one day or so!

In chapter 7 Carley ran away from her foster home after in Chapter 6 after Daniel yelled at her and said "Just because you lost your mother that doesn't mean you can take mine" This Chapter was mostly filled with Carley's intense flash back to where she saw her mom living last. Her flashback went like this: she was bouncing her basket ball but her mom doesn't like that so she lunged forward for the ball but Carley moved out of the way so her mom fell down clutching her leg in pain,
